Work Tip #3

When making a presentation on the recently implemented web-filtering software to a group of Senior IT Executives, it is recommended that you create handouts of various reports so they may follow along during the presentation. Said handouts can include Top 5 users, most frequently visited sites, and a list of ‘adult sites’ that are being accessed during business hours.

It is essential, however, to have someone else review said handouts in case sites like “analsexlessons.com” and “dangerousdongs.com” happen to slip through the URL editing you did late the night before.

Bless your heart!! I will be glad to be a reviewer for you. Those sites were accessed during the day, really??? Oh my, I may need to do my own survey of such sites just to stay current with the latest eye candy.

I don’t get it. If you’re going to list what adult sites are visited, aren’t those the kind of URLs that would be in there?

  3. Howard says:

Azalea – Yep, they were accessed during the day. You’d be surprised, or shocked, to know what kind of stuff people look at during work.

C – Well, we tried to get the really graphic stuff out of the list. There was still plenty in there to let the Managers know where their folks were going.

How’d they react to this information?

  5. Dave says:

Hey the truth hurts. They just cant seem to handle it 🙂

Isn’t awful(ly funny) when the guy sitting at the head of the table is on the Top 5 User list and the Top 5 Most Offensive URL list?
